I want to know what are the reason that can make a married woman to leave her husband’s house without his pamission in the light of Islam
Answer:
A woman must seek her husband’s permission before leaving his house, whether it’s for visiting her parents or any other reason, as this is one of his rights over her. However, if there is a legitimate Islamic reason that necessitates her departure, she is allowed to do so.
Example: If her child is sick and in need of emergency medical attention, she can go out if she cannot reach her husband to seek permission.
So her reason for going out without her husband’s permission should be legitimate.
